Personal Trainer | Strength Coach | Community Builder

Born and raised in Toronto, I grew up understanding the power of movement — not just as a tool for physical transformation, but as a way to reconnect to purpose.

 

Since youth being deeply rooted in sport, I always felt pulled toward performance. But it wasn’t until I stepped into coaching that I discovered my true calling: helping others move with strength, clarity, and confidence — both in and out of the gym.

I’m a certified strength coach and mobility specialist, holding credentials in:

  • FRC® (Functional Range Conditioning) Mobility Specialist

  • StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1 (SFG I)

  • Rehab U Movement Optimization Level 1

I currently train clients at Fitsquad Training and coach athletes and everyday movers through personalized in-person and online programs — blending strength training, mobility, conditioning, and mindset work.

But my mission goes beyond reps and results.

I founded Survolve to reflect the journey I believe we’re all on — one that starts in survival, moves through growth, and emerges as a lifestyle of embodied evolution. Fitness is the catalyst, but the goal is deeper: to build a life where you feel aligned, connected, and powerful in your own skin.
